*          DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT: Seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Development to design and implement annual and long-term strategic fundraising and communication initiatives S/he will manage the development department staff and all departmental activities, including but not limited to annual gifts program, individual gifts, corporate and foundation grants, major fundraising events, direct mail giving, memorial and tribute programs, United Way giving, marketing/public relations and volunteer programs. Additional responsibilities include directing the fundraising and marketing of the agency Capital Campaign and oversee the staff and consultants dedicated to this effort. Requirements: BA/BS; excellent written/verbal communication, social and organizational skills; a minimum of seven years fundraising experience (including management experience) with a proven record of meeting and exceeding goals. Knowledge of Microsoft office and related software. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. 

*           CHILD PSYCHIATRIST: Provide psychiatric services to patients referred to CCTC program or agency with which CCTC contracts. Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring. Participate in review and authorization of treatment plans and parent support training. Take part in the In-Service training program for staff/ in clinical case conferences as needed/Quality Management meetings. Assume additional clinical or administrative duties as agreed upon  with the Director of Child Psychiatry  or the Executive Director. Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist.

*            MOBILE THERAPIST: To provide therapy to children in their own home.  MT help children and families cope with issues such as loss, anger management, parenting, and behavior modification.  Requirements:  Master’s degree in Psych. or related field.  BHRS exp. required.  Minimum of one (1) year post Master’s experience providing counseling to children.

*           THERAPEUTIC STAFF SUPPORT – Daytime (up to 35 hrs.):  To provide therapeutic support to children in their home, school and other community settings. Therapeutic Staff Support implements the clinical intervention from behavioral treatment plan to assist the children in making positive changes.  Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in psych. or related field.  Min. 1 yr. MH training required; OR an Associate’s degree or 60 Credits toward a bachelor’s degree, or a Licensed Practical Nurse with (3) years verified full-time paid work experience working in direct contact with children/adolescents is required.

*           BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST CONSULTANT:  To provide consultation to children and families in settings other than provider agency and office. Services provided included designing and directing the implementation of an individualized behavior plan to meet the child and family needs.  BSC assesses and identifies behavior goals and intervention techniques to promote developmentally appropriate behavior, activities, and social skills of the child in the home, school and /or community.  Requirements:  Master’s degree in psychology or related field. A minimum of two (2) years post Master’s experience providing mental health treatment to children; BHRS exp. required

 *           BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WORKER (THERAPEUTIC NURSERY):  Early childhood partial hospitalization program is seeking a Behavioral Health Worker to join its treatment team. Use High/Scope early childhood framework as the setting for milieu therapy at this Center. Implement Developmental Therapy (see Stanley Greenspan, M.D.) as the basis of Center therapeutic approach. Conduct regular Program Planning meetings with Assistants, and students when possible and designate specific areas and duties for each member of the team. Maintain records: Progress Notes, Concurrent Review Forms, and Discharge Summaries. Assign and supervise all activities of Assistants on team.  Requirements:  Bachelors degree in an area of child services or sociology, elementary education, political science, criminal justice, pastoral counseling or other related field and a minimum of one year direct care experience with children and adolescents. Experience in developmentally oriented preschool education, including successful experience with normal and developmentally delayed and/or disordered children.
